Ingredients

  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 Tbsp. melted fat

Instructions

  1. Sift the flour and salt together.
  2. Whisk the milk until smooth.
  3. Add the beaten egg and mix until well combined.
  4. Blend in the melted fat.
  5. The batter will be thin; pour onto a hot griddle and cook until bubbles form and edges set. Flip and cook until golden.
