  • 1 stalk celery, sliced
  • 1 turnip, peeled and cubed
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 pound American lamb, cubed
  • 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can onion gravy
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine potatoes, carrots, celery, and turnips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Cook, covered, on High for 10 minutes.
  3. Remove from microwave and let stand.
