Ingredients

  • 6 cups toasted bread crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons parsley flakes
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 1/2 cups celery, diced
  • 3/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 pound sausage, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Mix together toasted bread crumbs, salt, finely chopped onion, parsley flakes, melted butter, diced celery, paprika, and cooked and drained sausage.
  2. Add sage and poultry seasoning to taste.
  3. Add a small amount of chicken broth to moisten the mixture.
  4. If the mixture is too thick, add a package of dry vegetable soup mix.
  5. Bake at 325°F until done, stirring often during cooking.
