Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Rigiata
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Heat oil in a deep frying pan until hot.
  3. Drop teaspoon-sized portions of batter into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until golden brown on all sides.
  5. Remove fried dough and drain on paper towels.
  6. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve.
