Ingredients

  • 3 1/4 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 package RapidRise yeast
  • 1 cup hot water (130°F)
  • 1 tablespoon margarine (soft)
  • 8 ounces sliced cooked ham
  • 4 ounces sliced Provolone cheese
  • 4 ounces sliced salami
  • 2 ounces sliced pimentos, drained
  • 1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, drained
  • 1 egg white, beaten
  • sesame seed
  • creamy Italian dressing

Instructions

  1. Set aside 1 cup of flour.
  2. Mix the remaining flour, sugar, salt, and yeast in a bowl.
  3. Stir in hot water and margarine until combined.
  4. Gradually add the reserved flour to form a soft dough.
  5. Knead the dough until smooth and elastic.
  6. Roll out the dough into a rectangle.
  7. Layer sliced ham, provolone, salami, pimentos, olives, and Italian dressing on the dough.
  8. Roll up the dough tightly to form a loaf.
  9. Brush the beaten egg white over the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
  10. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 20 minutes until golden brown.
  11. Slice and serve warm.
