Ingredients

  • 1½ lb. hamburger
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 medium green pepper, diced
  • 1 large can spaghetti sauce
  • 1 lb. smoked Polish sausage, sliced ¼-inch thick and quartered
  • 1 lb. lasagna noodles, broken and cooked
  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Brown the hamburger, diced onion, and diced green pepper; drain the fat.
  2. Add sliced Polish sausage and spaghetti sauce; stir to combine.
  3. Add cooked broken lasagna noodles; stir gently.
  4. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  5. Combine shredded mozzarella and Cheddar cheeses as desired.
  6. Sprinkle the cheeses on top of the casserole.
  7. Cover the casserole dish.
  8. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
