Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (4 oz) can mushrooms and liquid
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz) box long grain wild rice

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
  2. Drain excess fat and liquid.
  3. Cook the wild rice according to package instructions.
  4. Mix the cooked rice, browned meat, chopped mushrooms and liquid, cream of mushroom soup, and cream of chicken soup together in a bowl.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a 9 x 12-inch baking pan.
  6. Cover and bake at 350°F for 1 hour.
  7. Sprinkle the top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
