Ingredients

  • 1 bag hash browns, defrosted
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick melted butter
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 10 oz grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine defrosted hash browns, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, grated Cheddar cheese, and chopped onion. Mix well.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Crush the corn flakes and mix with melted butter.
  5. Sprinkle the crushed corn flakes evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
