Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Dang myeon (Korean noodle)
  • 1/2 c. onion, sliced
  • 8 oz. meat, sliced
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic, chopped
  • 2 tsp. sesame powder
  • 1 tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. sugar
  • 2 to 3 tsp. soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Put noodles into boiling water of more than 180°C and cook for 5 to 6 minutes.
  2. Rinse noodles with cold water and drain 2 or 3 times.
  3. Stir-fry sliced meats and vegetables.
  4. Flavor the rinsed noodles with sesame oil, sesame powder, soy sauce, and sugar.
  5. Add vegetables and meat to the noodles and toss well.
