Ingredients

  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • apricot preserves

Instructions

  1. Have cream cheese and butter at room temperature.
  2. Mix cream cheese, margarine, flour, and salt until well combined and form into 1-inch balls.
  3. Press a thumb into the center of each ball to create a hole.
  4. Fill each hole with apricot preserves.
  5. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 18 minutes until golden.
