Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter or margarine
  • 4 squares semi-sweet chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Melt butter and semi-sweet chocolate.
  2. Let the mixture cool.
  3. Beat eggs until well combined.
  4. Add sugar, flour, and vanilla to the eggs and mix well.
  5. Stir in the cooled chocolate mixture.
  6. Add chopped pecans.
  7. Pour the batter into well greased or paper-lined muffin tins.
  8. Bake at 325°F (163°C) for 25 minutes.
