Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 2 cans tomato soup
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 teaspoons vinegar
  • 1/2 lb. cooked lasagna noodles
  • 1 pint cottage cheese
  • 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet.
  2. Add chopped onion, garlic, and oregano; cook until fragrant and beef is fully cooked.
  3. Add tomato soup, water, and vinegar to the beef mixture.
  4. Simmer the sauce for 30 minutes.
  5. Layer cooked lasagna noodles, cottage cheese, sauce, and grated mozzarella in a baking dish, repeating layers.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
