Ingredients

  • 1 can pork and beans
  • 1 can Great Northern beans
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 6 slices bacon
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 Tbsp. grainy mustard
  • Texas Pete

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse all canned beans.
  2. Cook bacon until crispy, then chop into pieces.
  3. Saute onion in bacon drippings until translucent.
  4. Combine all beans, bacon, and sautéed onion in a crock-pot.
  5. Add grainy mustard, Texas Pete, and Worcestershire sauce to taste.
  6. Cook in crock-pot on low for several hours until flavors meld and dish is heated through.
