Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. milk
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 2 (2 1/2 oz.) cans deviled ham
  • 30 to 35 small rounds of white bread

Instructions

  1. Blend cream cheese, baking powder, milk, and egg yolk together.
  2. Toast bread on one side.
  3. Spread untoasted side of bread with deviled ham.
  4. Cover with a mound of the cheese mixture.
  5. Bake at 375°F for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and slightly browned.
