Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped onion ⓘ
- 1 pound ground chuck ⓘ
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled ⓘ
- 16 oz can lima beans, drained
- 16 oz can butter beans, drained ⓘ
- 16 oz can pork and beans ⓘ
- 16 oz can red kidney beans, drained ⓘ
- 16 oz can garbanzo beans, drained ⓘ
- 3/4 cup catsup ⓘ
- 1/2 cup molasses ⓘ
- 1/4 cup brown sugar ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce ⓘ
Instructions
- In a Dutch oven, brown the ground chuck and chopped onion.
- Add the cooked and crumbled bacon along with the remaining ingredients: lima beans, butter beans, pork and beans, red kidney beans, and garbanzo beans.
- Stir gently with a spoon to mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- Cover and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
