Ingredients

  • 16 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. bacon bits
  • 60 round snack crackers

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream cheese, egg yolk, and minced onion in a large bowl.
  2. Beat well until smooth.
  3. Add the baking powder and bacon bits to the mixture and mix thoroughly.
  4. Place 6 crackers at a time in a circle on a paper plate.
  5. Top each cracker with approximately 1 teaspoon of the cheese mixture.
  6. Heat on medium for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes until hot.
  7. Serve immediately while hot.
