Ingredients

  • 1 gallon cabbage
  • 3 cups sugar
  • 3 bell peppers
  • 3 onions
  • 1 pint mustard
  • 1 cup vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon salt

Instructions

  1. Process the cabbage, bell peppers, and onions to desired consistency.
  2. Mix processed vegetables with sugar, mustard, vinegar, black pepper, and salt.
  3. Bring the mixture to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. Pack the hot mixture into sterile jars and seal.
