Ingredients

  • 3 oz. raspberry gelatin
  • 21 oz. can cherry pie filling
  • 3 oz. cream cheese
  • 8 1/2 oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
  • 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3 oz. lemon gelatin
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 c. tiny marshmallows
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Instructions

  1. Dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup boiling water.
  2. Stir in the cherry pie filling and pour into a 9 x 9 x 2-inch pan. Chill until firm.
  3. Dissolve the lemon gelatin in the remaining 1 cup boiling water and let it cool.
  4. Beat the cream cheese with mayonnaise until smooth, then gradually add the cooled lemon gelatin.
  5. Stir in crushed pineapple and tiny marshmallows.
  6. Chill until partly set.
  7. Fold in whipped cream.
  8. Spoon the pineapple mixture over the cherry layer.
  9. Top with chopped nuts and chill until set.
