Ingredients

  • 1 box strawberry Jell-O
  • 1 can crushed pineapple
  • 1 box frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup finely diced celery

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple and add enough water to make 1 cup of liquid.
  2. Boil the water and dissolve the Jell-O in it.
  3. Add the crushed pineapple with its liquid to the Jell-O mixture.
  4. Stir until the Jell-O is fully melted and combined.
  5. Add the frozen strawberries, mashed bananas, chopped pecans, and diced celery to the mixture.
  6. Mix well and pour into a mold.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator until set, about 4 hours.
