Ingredients
- 1 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry salad dressing mix ⓘ
- 1 cup sour cream ⓘ
- 1 cup mayonnaise ⓘ
- 1 (9-inch) pan Tex-Mex cornbread, crumbled
- 2 (16 oz.) cans pinto beans, drained ⓘ
- 3 large tomatoes, chopped ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper ⓘ
- 1/2 cup chopped green onion ⓘ
- 2 cups (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese ⓘ
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled ⓘ
Instructions
- Combine the dry salad dressing mix, sour cream, and mayonnaise in a bowl; set aside.
- Place half of the crumbled cornbread in the bottom of a large serving bowl.
- Top with half of the drained pinto beans.
- In a medium bowl, combine chopped tomatoes, chopped green pepper, and chopped green onion.
- Layer half of the shredded Cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, corn, and the prepared salad dressing over the layers.
- Repeat the layers with the remaining ingredients.
- Garnish as desired.
- Cover and chill the salad for 2 to 3 hours before serving.
