- Brown the ground beef and chopped onions in a large skillet or pot.
- Add chili powder, creamed corn, ketchup, tomato juice, barbecue sauce, and Tabasco sauce to the meat and onions.
- Simmer the sauce for 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Cook the egg noodles in 1 quart of boiling water until al dente, then drain.
- Add the cooked noodles and some of the cooking water to the sauce.
- Simmer everything together for an additional hour before serving.
