- Lightly grease 2 loaf pans.
- Put salt, molasses, oil, and oats in a large bowl.
- Add boiling water to the mixture.
- When the mixture is lukewarm, add eggs and dry yeast; let stand until yeast is dissolved.
- Add sifted flour to the mixture.
- Stir and let stand for 20 minutes without kneading.
- Turn out onto a floured board; knead and cut into 4 equal parts.
- Put 2 parts into each prepared bread pan.
- Let the dough rise until doubled in bulk.
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 1 hour.
