Jill'S Challah *
A soft, sweet, and flavorful challah bread with a slightly honeyed taste, perfect for special occasions or as a delightful accompaniment to any meal.

Instructions
- Combine yeast, salt, honey, and hot water in a bowl and stir.
- Add 2 cups of flour, oil, and eggs to the mixture.
- Start adding additional flour gradually.
- Use approximately 6 cups of flour in total.
- Keep adding flour and knead until the dough is no longer sticky.
- Put the dough into an oiled bowl.
- Cover and leave in a warm spot until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- Remove from the bowl, punch down the dough, and divide into sections for braiding.
- Braid into one large or two smaller challahs.
- Allow the braided challah to double in size.
- Brush with beaten egg yolks thinned with one tablespoon of water.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 50 minutes.
