Ingredients

  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (8 oz.) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla wafers
  • 1 (5 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 3 cups cold milk

Instructions

  1. Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick of oleo, and 2/3 cup salted chopped peanuts. Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool.
  2. Mix 1/3 cup peanut butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup whipped cream. Spread over the cooled first layer.
  3. Mix the vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk according to package instructions. Spread over the second layer.
  4. Spread whipped topping over the pudding layer to cover the top of the pudding.
  5. Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for garnish.
