- Mix 1 cup flour, 1 stick of oleo, and 2/3 cup salted chopped peanuts. Press into a 13 x 9-inch pan and bake at 350°F for 20 minutes. Cool.
- Mix 1/3 cup peanut butter, 8 oz. cream cheese, 1 cup powdered sugar, and 1 cup whipped cream. Spread over the cooled first layer.
- Mix the vanilla pudding mix with 3 cups cold milk according to package instructions. Spread over the second layer.
- Spread whipped topping over the pudding layer to cover the top of the pudding.
- Sprinkle chopped peanuts on top for garnish.
