- Prepare ribs by wiping them with a wet towel.
- Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.
- Roast at 450° F for 20 minutes, turning once.
- Prepare the basting sauce by mixing chili sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and dry mustard.
- Remove ribs from the oven.
- Brush the ribs with the sauce on both sides.
- Return the ribs to the oven.
- Bake at 450° F for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
- Baste the ribs from time to time while baking.
