Juicy, tender baby beef ribs glazed with a tangy chili lemon sauce, ideal for casual gatherings or family dinners craving bold flavors and satisfying bites.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. baby beef ribs
  • 3 Tbsp. oil
  • 3 Tbsp. chili sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • dash of black pepper
  • dash of dry mustard

Instructions

  1. Prepare ribs by wiping them with a wet towel.
  2. Place ribs in a single layer in a shallow roasting pan.
  3. Roast at 450° F for 20 minutes, turning once.
  4. Prepare the basting sauce by mixing chili sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, and dry mustard.
  5. Remove ribs from the oven.
  6. Brush the ribs with the sauce on both sides.
  7. Return the ribs to the oven.
  8. Bake at 450° F for an additional 20 minutes or until tender.
  9. Baste the ribs from time to time while baking.
