Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef and onion.
  2. Beat the eggs, grated Cheddar cheese, milk, salt, oregano, and pepper together.
  3. Drain the cooked hamburger and onion, then add to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a quiche pan and bake at 350°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
