- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground round steak, eggs, bread crumbs, ketchup, water, dry onion soup mix, and mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it into a loaf pan.
- Cover the top of the loaf with 2 strips of bacon.
- Bake for 1 hour at 350°F (175°C).
