Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 3/4 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. whole kernel corn
  • 1/4 c. chopped pimento
  • 8 oz. cooked egg noodles
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook ground beef and chopped onion together until browned and tender.
  2. Stir in cream cheese, milk, and cream of mushroom soup.
  3. Add cooked egg noodles, corn, chopped pimento, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Mix well and transfer to a large casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the oven at 320°F for 20 minutes until heated through.
