Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. wide egg noodles
  • 1 medium Spanish onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 1/2 lb. twice ground lean pork shoulder
  • 2/3 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1/4 lb. American cheese
  • cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Fry the chopped onion and green pepper until tender.
  2. Add the ground pork and brown thoroughly.
  3. Mix in the tomato soup, water, and grated American cheese.
  4. Pour the mixture over cooked egg noodles in a casserole dish.
