Ingredients

  • 4 thick pork chops
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 2 Tbsp. catsup
  • 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 4 slices green pepper
  • 4 slices onion

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the pork chops; pour off the fat.
  2. Season the chops with salt and pepper.
  3. Cover and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
  4. Add the pork and beans, catsup, brown sugar, and mustard to the skillet.
  5. Top each chop with green pepper and onion slices.
  6. Cover and cook for 15 minutes more or until the chops are done, stirring occasionally.
