Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 3 small green onions
  • 1 stalk celery
  • 1 pkg. wide noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/2 can water
  • 1 c. grated Longhorn cheese
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Brown ground beef, bell pepper, onions, and celery.
  2. Preboil noodles.
  3. Mix noodles with meat sauce.
  4. Add tomato soup, water, and mushrooms.
  5. Cover with grated cheese.
  6. Bake at 350° for about 45 minutes; bake uncovered the last 15 minutes.
