Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix

Instructions

  1. Mix ground beef, mustard, water, egg, catsup, brown sugar, onion soup mix, and enough bread crumbs to make the mixture firm.
  2. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place in a baking dish.
  3. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour or until cooked through.
