Ingredients

  • 12 lb. potatoes
  • 5 lb. onions and juice
  • 2 cans whole kernel corn
  • 3 lb. lima beans and juice
  • 2 cans small tomato sauce
  • 1 can small tomato paste
  • 2 large chickens boned
  • 5 lb. beef roast or round steak
  • 1 qt. tomato juice
  • cayenne pepper, salt, pepper and barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients together in a large pot.
  2. Season with cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, and barbecue sauce to taste.
  3. Simmer until the meats are tender and flavors meld, about 2 hours.
  4. Serve hot and enjoy a hearty, savory stew.
