Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. Smok-Y-Links, sliced to 1-inch sections
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 1/2 cups torn up bread (white works best)
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
  2. Spray a 13 x 9-inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
  3. In a large bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, and dry mustard.
  4. Add torn bread, green pepper, onion, sliced Smok-Y-Links, and shredded Cheddar cheese to the egg mixture.
  5. Mix well to combine.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until set and golden brown.
