- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, cream together sugar, brown sugar, and softened margarine or butter.
- Add peanut butter, vanilla, and egg; mix well.
- Gradually blend in flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until dough forms.
- Shape the dough into balls and insert a wooden stick into each.
- Place the cookie pops on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
- Unwrap the fun size bars and press one into the center of each cookie pop while still warm.
- Allow to cool completely before serving.
