Jumbo Cheese Shells

Ingredients

  • 2 lb. Ricotta cheese
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 12 oz. box shells
  • spaghetti sauce

Instructions

  1. Cook shells as directed on box; drain.
  2. In a baking dish cover bottom with spaghetti sauce (1 1/2 cups).
  3. Spoon cheese mixture into each shell and put in pan.
  4. Cover top with remaining sauce and a little bit of Mozzarella cheese.
  5. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
