Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. Lipton beef flavored rice
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 small can sliced mushrooms
  • 6 to 7 minute steaks
  • garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Fry chopped onion, sliced mushrooms, and minute steaks until cooked through.
  2. Season with garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce, then drain excess liquids.
  3. Cook rice according to package directions.
  4. Add cooked rice to the skillet with the beef, onion, and mushroom mixture and combine well.
  5. For a spicier flavor, substitute beef flavored rice with Spanish flavored rice before cooking.
