- Lightly toss all ingredients together with a fork except for the curry sauce.
- Gently blend the curry sauce into the mixture at the last.
- Pour the mixture into a buttered 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle with sieved yolks of 2 hard-cooked eggs.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.
- Just before serving, dribble melted butter over the top.
- Sprinkle with split salted almonds before serving.
