- Prepare the Zwieback crust and set aside.
- In the top of a double boiler, soften gelatin in Kahlua and water.
- Beat in egg yolks, sugar, and salt. Cook over boiling water, stirring constantly, until slightly thickened.
- Beat the cream cheese until fluffy.
- Gradually beat in the Kahlua mixture; allow to cool.
- Beat egg whites until stiff, but not dry.
- Beat the whipping cream until stiff.
- Fold the egg whites and whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Chill for 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
- Remove from refrigerator 15 minutes before serving.
- Decorate with shaved or curled chocolate.
