Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. Kahlua
  • 1/4 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/3 c. coconut, flaked
  • 1/3 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1 c. powdered sugar, sifted
  • 1/2 c. unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs, fine
  • 1 c. pecans, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Combine Kahlua, light corn syrup, coconut, and mini chocolate chips in a mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, blend powdered sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla wafer crumbs, and chopped pecans.
  3. Mix the wet and dry ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into small balls.
  5. Roll each ball in sifted powdered sugar.
  6. Freeze or store in an airtight container until ready to serve.
