Ingredients

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 4 cube steaks
  • Flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • Fresh ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. oil

Instructions

  1. In a shallow dish, beat eggs with milk.
  2. Dip the steaks in the egg mixture, then coat with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
  3. In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  4. Saute the steaks in the oil, turning once, until cooked to medium rare, about 5 minutes.
  5. Remove the steaks to a serving platter.
  6. Spoon milk gravy over the steaks before serving.
