Ingredients

  • 1 frozen loaf garlic bread
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tablespoon dill weed
  • 1.5 cups real mayonnaise
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen garlic bread.
  2. Open the split halves and place on a baking sheet.
  3. Bake at 350°F for 15 minutes.
  4. While the bread is baking, mix shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, dill weed, and mayonnaise in a bowl.
  5. If the mixture is too thick, add more mayonnaise until desired consistency is reached.
  6. Remove the bread from the oven and spread the cheese mixture evenly on top of both halves, creating a thick layer.
  7. Sprinkle paprika on top of the cheese mixture.
  8. Place the bread in the broiler for approximately 3 to 5 minutes until bubbly, watching carefully to prevent burning.
  9. Cut into slices and serve warm.
