Kevin'S Mexican Dip
A creamy, cheesy Mexican dip layered with seasoned beef, green chilies, and melted cheeses, perfect for parties and gatherings, served hot with tortilla chips.

Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet and add the taco seasoning mix.
- Stir in water (1/2 cup) to achieve desired consistency and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Spread the cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a casserole dish.
- Layer the cooked meat mixture with beans on top of the cream cheese.
- Spread chopped green chilies over the meat layer.
- Top with shredded taco cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with sliced black olives.
- Serve hot with tortilla chips.
