A creamy, cheesy Mexican dip layered with seasoned beef, green chilies, and melted cheeses, perfect for parties and gatherings, served hot with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 package taco seasoning
  • 1 can green chilies
  • sliced black olives
  • 1 can chili beans
  • 8 oz. shredded taco cheese
  • 8 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet and add the taco seasoning mix.
  2. Stir in water (1/2 cup) to achieve desired consistency and let it simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.
  3. Spread the cream cheese evenly in the bottom of a casserole dish.
  4. Layer the cooked meat mixture with beans on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Spread chopped green chilies over the meat layer.
  6. Top with shredded taco cheese and shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  7. Bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Garnish with sliced black olives.
  9. Serve hot with tortilla chips.
