Ingredients

  • 3 lb. Polish kielbasa
  • 1 1/2 lb. sauerkraut
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cabbage
  • pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut kielbasa into 4-inch pieces and place in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
  2. Arrange sauerkraut around the kielbasa in the pan.
  3. Spread shredded cabbage on top of the sauerkraut and kielbasa.
  4. Add pepper to taste.
  5. Bake in a 350°F oven for 1 hour.
