Ingredients

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can tomatoes, cut up with juice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 large onion, cut up
  • 1 (3 lb.) chicken, boiled and boned
  • 2 cups grated cheese
  • 1 package tortillas, cut in pieces

Instructions

  1. Combine the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, tomatoes with juice, and chicken broth in a saucepan and heat until warmed through.
  2. Chop the boiled chicken into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Layer the ingredients in a casserole dish starting with chicken, then tortillas, cheese, onion, and the soup mixture, repeating as needed.
  4. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 1 hour until hot and bubbly.
