- Stir 1 cup Bisquick and the milk into a soft dough.
- Gently smooth dough into a ball on a floured board.
- Knead the dough.
- Roll dough to make a pie crust.
- Ease the dough into a pie plate.
- Cook and stir ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet.
- Stir in salt, pepper, 2 tablespoons Bisquick, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Spoon the meat mixture into the prepared pie crust.
- Beat eggs slightly and mix with grated Cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg and cheese mixture over the meat filling.
- Cover the edge of the pie with a 2 to 3 inch strip of foil to prevent excessive browning.
- Bake at 375°F for 30 minutes, removing the foil in the last 5 minutes.
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then cut into wedges and serve.
