Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 pound sliced Polish sausage or Kielbasa
  • 3 to 4 cups coarsely chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 teaspoon dill
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 package (8 oz) noodles, cooked and drained

Instructions

  1. Saute chopped onion in butter in a large fry pan until translucent.
  2. Add sliced Polish sausage or Kielbasa and cook until heated through or lightly browned.
  3. Add chopped cabbage and season with dill, salt, and pepper; cover and cook until cabbage is tender.
  4. Stir in cooked noodles and sour cream, heat through, and serve.
