Ingredients

  • 1 cup oleo
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cream together oleo and 1 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  4. Mix in sour cream and vanilla until smooth.
