Ingredients

  • 6 to 8 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into 1-inch strips
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup finely diced carrots
  • 1 cup finely diced onions
  • 1 cup finely diced zucchini
  • 1/2 large head cabbage
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar

Instructions

  1. Combine chicken, soy sauce, and sugar; let sit while preparing vegetables.
  2. Prepare vegetables by dicing carrots, onions, and zucchini, and chopping cabbage.
  3. Cook chicken mixture until fully cooked and flavors meld.
  4. Add vegetables to the chicken and cook until tender.
  5. Serve hot over cooked rice.
