Korean Wings are flavorful, spicy and sweet chicken wings marinated in a savory soy and honey glaze, perfect for casual gatherings or as a tasty appetizer.

Ingredients

  • 3 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/2 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 3 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1/3 c. olive or salad oil
  • 1/2 c. white wine
  • 1 dash cayenne pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chile sauce

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients, except wings, in a large glass bowl.
  2. Add chicken wings to the marinade.
  3. Marinate overnight before cooking.
